1.2. The services is operated and owned by Toothow Sandnine Technologies Pvt Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tailorkraft”, "we", "us" or "our"), a private limited company registered in Howrah.
2.1 "Tailorkraft" is a custom tailoring service provider offering an online platform to any of your unstitched garment or fabric custom stitched to your size. You can choose from the a standard set of designs and patterns from the site, application or from our proprietary design sheets during the home visit when you place your order. We collect the material to be stitched and sample outfit for measurement at your doorstep or at any of our stores. Then the material is designed, stitched according to your requisites and measurements provided to us by the master sample outfit or the measurements taken. After a quality check from our end, the product is delivered back to you along with your master sample outfit, if provided.
3.3 We as a general rule treat all stitching service orders as confirmed. However, after the booking of the order we may call you on the number provided to confirm the details of your order. For this purpose you will be required to share your personal information with us, including but not limited to (1) Your full Name (2) Contact Number (3) Address from which the material must be picked up (4) Landmark (5) Email Address (6) Types and number of garments to be ordered. It is your responsibility to bring to our attention any incorrect information.
3.4 In addition we may contact you to inform and confirm any changes due to availability or unavailability or change in price. The same will be treated as final and you will receive a confirmation email or update via phone call/SMS regarding the changes. It is clarified that in the event you are unavailable at the time of confirmation, we have the sole right to cancel or delay the order and provisions of cancellation and refund policy would be applicable.
3.5 We currently accept payments via Cash on Delivery, PayTM Wallet, UPI and other means for the orders and the same will be claimed as a bill against the name and address provided by you while you placed the order. The stitched outfit would be issued after the cash as mentioned in the invoice is paid to the COD delivery service provider.
3.6 In connection with the order you would be required to give customary billing information such as your name, contact number and address. You will receive a bill upon the delivery of the product by the delivery representative.
4.1 If your location falls outside our serviceable zone, you shall not be qualified to avail our services. This shall be informed to you at the time of confirmation of your order booking.
4.2 On the day of the scheduled home visit, the designated Tailorkraft personnel will call you 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to confirm your availability. Kindly confirm your availability by responding to the call, failing to do which will automatically cancel the scheduled home visit.
4.3 You are requested to provide only the fabrics for which you had requested the home visit. In case you have additional fabrics, kindly schedule a visit for a later date.
4.4 Kindly keep your fabrics ready for the visit and try to adhere to the visit duration as communicated beforehand via SMS. Unless the Tailorkraft personnel has arrived late by 30 minutes or more, exceeding the communicated visit duration by 30 minutes or more is chargeable as per company norms.
4.5 Kindly keep the acknowledgement receipt provided by the Tailorkraft personnel mentioning the fabrics taken, estimated prices and expected date of delivery. Please note that the prices are an estimate and can change slightly later due to processing Requirements.
4.6 The time of delivery will be intimated in advance via phone call/ SMS. Kindly keep the payment ready at the time of delivery.
4.7 Kindly note that the finished garments might not fit right away as certain adjustments are provided to account for possible shrinking or loosening with usage, depending upon the fabric. Thus, any alteration requests for any measurement adjustments for half inch or less are not accepted . However, alterations are provided free of cost when the finished garment requires any measurement adjustments of more than half inch for a proper fit.
4.8 Any alteration request should be placed within 5 days after receiving the garment.
4.9 In case you are providing a sample, kindly note that no requests for free alterations will be accepted if the finished garment matches the measurements of the sample garment.
4.10 Any alteration request that doesn’t fulfill the criteria for free alterations as mentioned above will be chargeable on the basis of the alterations required.
4.11 Please note that we will not be able to hold your finished garments for more than 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date. After two weeks post scheduled delivery date, we will not assume responsibility for the safekeeping of your garments.
4.12 You understand that the delivery time mentioned to you at the time of confirmation of the order is an approximate estimate and may vary. We do not take any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the order.
4.13 Your order will be delivered to the address designated by you at the time of placing the order on our service. We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of change of delivery location which has not been communicated or validated by our team. You shall not be entitled for any refund for the same. Delivery in the event of change of the address will be at our sole discretion.
4.14 You shall be responsible to provide adequate directions, information, authorisations to accept the delivery. In the event of failure to accept delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated time due to inadequate instructions, information or authorisations then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to the same shall pass to you. Our decision in relation to this is final and binding.
4.15 Our liability ends once the end product has been delivered to you.
4.16 No refunds are offered against products that are delivered unless that error is directly attributable to us and the errors fall outside the acceptable limits of our service; the final decision of which will solely rest with us.
4.17 We strive to provide the most accurate and clear information possible on our services. In the event of an error, we may, at our sole discretion contact you with further information.
4.18 If you use the Services, you do the same at your own risk.
4.19 All alterations post delivery of the product would need a minimum of 5 working day and it may exceed depending upon the requirements and specifications.
5.1 The services may be under constant upgrades, and some functions and features may not be fully operational.
5.2 Due to the vagaries that can occur in the electronic distribution of information and due to the limitations inherent in providing information obtained from multiple sources, there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided on the services or delay or errors in functionality of the services. As a result, we do not represent that the information posted is correct in every case.
5.3 While the materials provided on the services were prepared to provide accurate information regarding the subject discussed, the information contained in these materials is being made available with the understanding that we make no guarantees, representations or warranties whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, expertise, quality of work or other information herein. Further, we do not, in any way, endorse any service offered or described herein. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any decision made or action taken in reliance on such information.
5.4 The information provided here under is provided "as is". We and / or our employees make no warranty or representation regarding the timeliness, content, sequence, accuracy, effectiveness or completeness of any information or data furnished here under or that the information or data provided here under may be relied upon. Multiple responses may usually be made available from different sources and it is left to the judgement of users based on their specific circumstances to use, adapt, modify or alter suggestions or use them in conjunction with any other sources they may have, thereby absolving us as well as our consultants, business associates, affiliates, business partners and employees from any kind of professional liability.
5.5 We shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses or injury arising out of or relating to the information provided on the services. In no event will we or our employees, affiliates, authors or agents be liable to you or any third party for any decision made or action taken by your reliance on the content contained herein.
5.6 In no event will we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages arising from personal injury/wrongful death, and damages resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption), resulting from any services provided by any third party or vendor accessed through the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, the liability of the company will exceed the stitching charges decided for that particular garment.
You shall not assign or transfer or purport to assign or transfer the contract between you and us to any other person.
Cancellation of any order is permissible before the product enters the production stage. In case if Tailorkraft services are used for purchase of additional fabrics and other raw materials to be used in the order, cancellation is permissible prior to the purchase of such materials. No cancellations will be allowed once the product is in production or additional fabrics and other raw materials pertaining to the order have been purchased.
If the delivered product is not as per the order specification, "Tailorkraft" shall arrange for reverse pick up of the product, get it altered and re-delivered as per the terms and conditions laid out earlier under the section “Terms of Service” as follows:

However, alterations are provided free of cost when the finished garment requires any measurement adjustments of more than half inch for a proper fit. 9.4 Any alteration request that doesn’t fulfill the criteria for free alterations as mentioned above will be chargeable on the basis of the alterations required. However, if the product needs to be altered because of customer’s change of mind or alterations to the customer's body measurements during the course of the order, the customer has to bear the charge of alteration and logistics.
Pick up of fabrics after home visits and shipping from Tailorkraft to customers during delivery is free within India. We use reputed courier partners that are reliable.
All orders at Tailorkraft are customised as per your choice of design, style and fit. Since these products are unique to you, return or refund of the product is not permitted unless as stated in Terms of Service section.
